A Spooky Delights Sewalong

I’m so happy to be taking part in the Fat Quarter Shop‘s spooky delights quilt along. This week, we are having fun picking out fabrics to make this cute table runner, with both piecing and appliqué:

This is the bundle that I have pulled from my Eerie (by Basic Grey for Moda) scraps.

One of the reasons that I love buying a fat quarter bundle of my favourite collections is the awesome scraps for smaller projects like these. Still loving this range!

Follow this link for the full PDF of what fabric you will need if you would like to join us. The FQS have also put together a handy kit too. Click here for the jolly jabber post and to follow the other bloggers taking part.

I’ll post next week with my centre. I’m going to work on my hand appliqué this week.

Hi…..can you tell me what the top fabric is that you are using and where I may find it? It is perfect for a project I need to work on.

Hi Kathy. Yes, the fabric is from the Eerie collection by Basic Grey for Moda. I’m using scraps from my nested churn dash quilt so it’s not a recent fabric line. The SKU is 30373 11, so I’d suggest googling that to see who might still have stock. Thanks for asking. I’ll pop a little more info in the post. Have a great day. 🙂
